As we are leading up to the solar eclipse on August 21st most people are getting excited. This is something you will only get the chance to see once in your lifetime. Admist all the excitement there is some fear.
One of these groups that has some concern is the South Carolina Emergency Management Division. They are worried that lizard men might become more active during the eclipse. They said they do not have any data to back this up but they want residence to keep an eye out.
Apparently these lizard men are a thing of folklore in South Carolina. The last “sighting” was in 2015.
Now unfortunatley Lizard men are not the only thing that South Carolina residence have to worry about. They have also been warned of possible bigfoot sightings as well. They are also worried that bigfoot might become more active due to the solar eclipse.
At first I thought this was just a joke. I do not think so though they have posted several tweets about preparing for the eclipse. I don’t know what they are doing at SCEMD. I can only imagine they are smoking a lot of weed and watching the sic-fi channel.
Just look at those smirking faces! In all honesty I am not the smartest guy in the world. Which is why I blog on the internet. So for all I know they could be right. I would put all my money on them being wrong, but who knows. So just remember South Carolina residents that if you see something, say something.
